We now have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist/Hospitality support to join our team on a part-time basis. We are based in a brand new office, right in the heart of the City of London.
Duties include:
- Welcomes all guests, clients or contractors and directs them appropriately.
- Manages the meeting room booking system.
- Supports hospitality, events or barista duties.
- Key onsite point of contact.
- Approaches all tasks with attention to detail, professionalism and enthusiasm.
You’ll have experience working in an office or customer services environment, and have exceptional communication skills both verbally and written. Your presentable, friendly with a and positive attitude, combined with essential office IT skills- make you a great fit for our team.
