Lawry’s The Prime Rib, a first in class, fine dining restaurant is the pinnacle of warm hospitality and is best known for its Roasted Prime Rib, gleaming silver cart service and guest service excellence. Key attributes for Restaurant Manager Candidates:
• Prior restaurant management experience, preferably in a high-volume setting
• Enjoys interacting with guests and being on the floor
• Great leadership and clear communication skills
• Maintaining high guest service standards
• Ability to train and develop service staff
• Experience with small and large parties/banquets
• Knowledge of wine & beverage would be beneficial
Compensation includes a great salary, plus bonus and the following benefits:
