Key attributes for Restaurant Manager Candidates:
• Prior restaurant management experience, preferably in a high-volume setting
• Enjoys interacting with guests and being on the floor
• Great leadership and clear communication skills
• Maintaining high guest service standards
• Ability to train and develop service staff
• Experience with small and large parties/banquets
• A strong background in beverage - knowledge of wine, beer, & spirits
• Experience creating special wine/beer/spirits pairing dinners
Compensation includes a great salary, plus bonus and the following benefits:
Full Medical Insurance, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Tuition Reimbursement, LRI Dining Expense Account, 401(k). Company match determined annually, Vacation (80 hours years 1-5, 120 hours years 6-10, 160 hours years 11+) Sick Time.
