Job Description:

We are looking for experienced, customer focused Bar Staff to join our busy waterside restaurant and friendly team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, reliable, and confident working in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent service to our customers.

Your job role will include:

·      Working well under pressure to serve customers at a fast, efficient pace.

·      Providing a friendly and positive guest experience. 

·      Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our customers.

·      Serving customers at the bar, entering drinks on to the till system and cash handling.

·      Preparing ticketed drinks for our guests in the restaurant.

·       Using the coffee machine - Barista style.

·      Assessing bar customers' needs and preferences and making recommendations.

·      Constant up keep and cleanliness of the bar.

·      Stock up.

·       Checking identification to verify legal age requirements for all customers.

What we are looking for:

·      Flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts, including evening, nights, weekends and public holidays.

·      Previous experience working behind a Bar 

·      Excellent team player

·      Good verbal and written English. 

·      Strong initiative and being proactive.
