Deputy Manager

What we look for in a Deputy Manager:

We are looking for a motivated & experienced Deputy Manager to join, energise and lead the team in our stylish, food-focused beach bar and restaurant in Instow. 

Cool under pressure, hard working and tenacious, as the successful Deputy Manager you will have a genuine passion for exceptional customer service and a pro-active approach to team management. You will be enthusiastic & driven to continue the success of our business, and play a pivotal part in training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers.  

You will use our reservations system to ensure service delivery remains consistent and responsive to the changing demands cretaed by the wether and our glorioys location here on the beach

You will also be someone who is highly committed to their career in hospitality, and we proudly offer ongoing development opportuniites, allowing you to grow and succeed, both at The Boathouse and more widely within Young's.
