Job description
Bouchon Bakery & Cafe, located in Columbus Circle, a leader in the hospitality industry, seeks an enthusiastic and capable individual to join our service management team. Qualified candidates will have high volume retail & cafe experience in a quality focused venue and are looking to take the next step in their professional career. Prior experience in a gourmet food market, retail food operation or café is preferred. We are looking for individuals who possess a general understanding of retail and/or restaurant business operations, and an ability to train and inspire staff, commitment to quality, and the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.

The Thomas Keller Restaurant Group is dedicated to setting new restaurant standards in service, cuisine and the employment experience. Our goal is to collaborate with talented restaurant professionals and offer opportunities to learn and grow within the industry. Our restaurants include The French Laundry, Per Se, Bouchon, Bouchon Bakery and Ad Hoc.
