Here's who we are:<br><br><br><br>A team of guys who have lived and worked in the East Village for years. We grew up in, and love the food and beverage industry. We care deeply about the product we put out, and the people we serve it to. We don't take life too seriously, because it's not meant to be.<br><br><br><br>Here's what we are looking for:<br><br><br><br>Like-minded individuals. Someone who is creative, with previous experience working in high volume bars and restaurants. NYC experience is a BIG plus, high volume serving, and an understanding of food and drink is a MUST. A desire to learn is also important.<br><br><br><br>What's most important:<br><br><br><br>An understanding that serving isn't just being a glorified order taker. The ideal applicant comes with a passion for service. They come in with a a strong sense of service, an ability to work well in a team, and the knowledge that there is more to serving than just regurgitating specials and writing down drink orders. A well rounded knowledge of food and drink is of obvious importance. A sense of humor and and the ability to juggle are also positive attributes.
