For 14 years we have been offering our famous EAT.DRINK.PLAY experience with unrivalled street food, bars, shops and entertainment all under one roof. Where else could you eat Greek gyros and catch a Harry Styles party all in one place? Or play crazy golf, eat a Bao and watch Mele, Enzo Is Burning or Girls Dont Sync perform? No where!

In 2011 we created the world’s first pop-up dining and shopping destination in the heart of Shoreditch before opening venues in other iconic locations in Croydon, Wembley and in 2024 we opened in Liverpool and Camden.

The Role: 

As an Assistant Manager at BOXPARK, you will be instrumental in driving Outstanding Guest Experiences. You will champion our Values to be The Worlds Best Loved Hospitaly Experience Brand through your Bar and Venue Operations knowledge. Driving Excellence in shift management at all times, while training and proactively developing Future Managers and Supervisors within the team. You will ensure service is speedy and efficient in all departments and maximise sales and standards at all times, maintaining an industry-leading guest journey through our people.

You will assist the Senior Management team with everything from rota's, stock control, consumables ordering, sales driving, team training and shift management along with being the main point of contact for our guests via email, phone or in person. You will identify gaps in our guest journey through feedback and develop ways of working to improve the experience. You will also work alongside our Events and Corporate Sales to deliver unbelievable events and conferences. Don't forget we love to develop incredible Team Members who can support you and step into your shoes when you're ready for your next role. Having an all-round knowledge of every department is vital for your next career step too so an open mind is essential when learning from the other department managers
