We’re building the opening team for Tomos Parry’s new restaurant, the next step of the team behind Brat in Shoreditch. We’re working on a wood grill restaurant and wine bar in a legendary Soho location to open mid summer 2023. Our new restaurant will be the accumulation of the last few years working on projects such as direct sourcing of Welsh shellfish, building closer relationships with wine makers and our continued focus on beautiful produce which is in the ground in the morning and on the wood grills in the evening.
We are looking for an individual who has experience in a similar restaurant environment and is accustomed to running a section on shift. Managing the flow of the food service. The ideal candidate will be passionate about produce, care about team development, be experienced in a busy environment and eager to progress in the future.
