Description

Brat, Shoreditch opened in 2018 led by chef Tomos Parry where the menu is inspired by the restaurants in the costal towns in the Basque country where impeccably sourced local produce is cooked simply over fire. Brat’s menu is informed by the close relationships we have with our growers, farmers and fishermen who supply our produce.
The menu changes frequently with our team holding daily briefings around the open-kitchen pass to develop dishes, tastings and sample new wines from the menu. Our wine team work closely with Keeling Andrew Co and small auctions to create a list of 250+ wines with our bar team developing seasonal drinks menu.
The team has grown and achieved numerous accolades including gaining a Michelin Star and placed in the Worlds 50 Best list.

Brat is committed to fostering an environment where everyone is welcome, included, encouraged, and challenged with genuine career progression opportunities whilst working with us.
