About us:
We're looking for a Head Chef for The Brewers Inn in Wandsworth. We're looking for a Head Chef to cook fresh, seasonal dishes for our loyal Wandsworth locals and those travelling from beyond SW London. Having undergone two refurbishments in the last two years (one for the pub and one for the rooms), our vision is to be a pub for the community. This means our food offer would focus on nostalgic, classic pub grub elevated through premium British ingredients.
The business includes 16 boutique bedrooms, 2 private spaces, a garden, a restaurant (popular for Sunday Roast), and a bar. You'll be in charge of menu creation, developing your team and managing all aspects of the kitchen. Wandsworth is the home of Young's so this site comes with a great profile for impressing and making your mark in the company.
