Deputy General Manager

Sat along the banks of the River Thames and the stunning backdrop of the seventh-grade arch Chertsey bridge, The Bridge provides a memorable drinking and dining experience on our beautiful garden terrace overlooking the river or inside next to a cosy fire. Located 1 mile from Chertsey train Station and with a large car park, we have 47 family friendly, comfortable hotel rooms, with regular trains into Central London and Surrey and beyond, it’s always bustling with families, business travellers and holiday makers alike. We have a really friendly, talented team here at The Bridge and need an experienced, community minded general manager to take the reigns and make this place their own. What we look for in a Deputy General Manager:

We are looking for a motivated & experienced Deputy General Manager to join and lead our team in our stylish, food focused pub. As the successful Deputy General Manager you will have a genuine passion for exceptional customer service and a pro-active approach to team management. You will be enthusiastic & driven to continue the success of our pub and play a pivotal part in training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers.  You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
