ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER

HARRY RAMSDENS BRIGHTON

FULL TIME

£24,000 - £28,000 P.A.

What are we looking for?
Are you already in a management role in the food industry looking for a change, or maybe a Team Leader or Assistant Manager looking for the next step in your career - well this is an opportunity you do not want to miss. We are currently looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager that has a passion for great traditional British food and friendly efficient service to match. As part of the management team you will need to ensure that great quality food is produced at all times using ingredients that are prepared to menu specifications, a high standard of service is delivered by you and the team throughout the guest's entire journey and to carry out your duties whilst maintaining company and legal standards.

Essential Skills & Knowledge required
You Must -
• Have previous experience in a Supervisory, management role or internal development
• Be passionate about food, especially fish and chips and customer service with the ability to inspire others to deliver excellent customer service with enthusiasm
• Have exceptional organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage many tasks concurrently and often under pressure
• Have excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
• Have the ability to use initiative and make decisions without direction
• Have the ability to deal with change constructively and devise and implement new systems of work to meet business needs
• Be I.T. literate and able to interpret numerical data (Sales & Waste, KPI’s etc)
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trust and relationships across all levels
