We're on the hunt for an experienced Pub General Manager in The Artful Duke (Bromley) OTE £45k-£48k + bonus

You'll bring your proven Pub General Manager experience with you

Share the same passion for hospitality & pubs that we do.

There is real business opportunity at The Artful and the experience you have in turning a business around and generating revenue growth is absolutely key.

You’ll also be experienced in improving financial performances through budget management & cost controls.

You find enjoyment in delighting guests and thrive from putting a smile on our guests, our teams & our suppliers faces, driving  from the front.

You are committed to developing the team with ongoing training, engagement and love.

You comfortably hold yourself accountable for the delivery of your role and role model self- accountability throughout your team.

You enjoy collaborating with the marketing team to discuss ideas, promote events, specials  and initiatives to attract and  retain guests.

 You’ll also bring with you your previous General Manager experience in a £15k + pub or bar.

 Previous experience working with sport and food whilst not essential, would also be highly advantageous.

What's in it for You

£40k – 43k base salary

PLUS very generous additional tronc – based on our current levels we  anticipate this to be a further £5k per annum.  OTE £45k-£48k

Additional General Manager Bonus Plans - £2.5k bonus pot per quarter/£10k a year

40% food and drink discount for you and 3 guests valid from day 1
