Independent, neighbourhood pub looking for an experienced General Manager (Live Out) - The Artful Duke in Bromley  OTE £45k - £48k +additional £10k bonus pot.

You’ll also be experienced in improving financial performances through budget management & cost controls.

You find enjoyment in delighting guests and thrive from putting a smile on our guests, our teams & our suppliers faces, driving  from the front.

You are committed to developing the team with ongoing training, engagement and love.

You comfortably hold yourself accountable for the delivery of your role.

You enjoy collaborating with the marketing team to discuss ideas, promote events, specials  and initiatives to attract and  retain guests.

 Previous experience working with sport and food whilst not essential, would also be highly advantageous.

The Artful Duke is part of Livelyhood Pub Group and our General Manager will lead our team to deliver revenue and fantastic service in a way that has our Livelyhood Purpose and our five Lively Ways (values) of Authentic, Daring, People, Lively and Sustainable at its very heart.

What's in it for You

£40k – 43k base salary

PLUS very generous additional tronc – based on our current levels we  anticipate this to be a further £5k per annum.  OTE £45k-£48k

Additional General Manager Bonus Plans - £2.5k bonus pot per quarter/£10k a year

40% food and drink discount for you and 3 guests valid from day 1

Financial Flexibility through our partnership with Hastee, you have access to 35% of your earnt pay as you need it
