Busy Midtown restaurant is seeking a friendly, organized Host/Receptionist to join our team. The host is the first point of contact for guests and helps manage reservations, seating, and the overall flow of the dining room.

Responsibilities:

·         Greet and welcome guests

·         Manage reservations and waitlists using a reservation system

·         Seat guests and coordinate table flow with servers and managers

·         Answer phones and assist with reservation inquiries

·         Maintain an organized host stand and entry area

·         Multitask during busy service periods

Requirements:

·         Previous restaurant host or front-of-house experience preferred

·         Experience with reservation systems (OpenTable, Resy, or similar) preferred

·         Strong multitasking and communication skills

·         Friendly, professional attitude

·         Must be available to work weekends
