Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.

Seeking a candidate with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage daily operations while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing daily restaurant operations in a high-volume setting

  • Supervise, train, and support a large staff to ensure smooth service

  • Maintain and enforce food safety, sanitation, and quality standards

  • Help coordinate staff scheduling and shift management

  • Provide excellent guest service and handle customer concerns professionally

  • Support management in maintaining an efficient and positive work environment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a high-volume restaurant

  • Ability to lead and manage a large team

  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Availability to work weekends and holidays is required
