Bubbledogs are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager for their fast paced Casual Champagne Bar. Unlike most Champagne bars, at Bubbledogs you can explore exclusive grower Champagnes, sourced directly from the producers, whilst enjoying bar bites that combine a gourmet twist on the classic American hot dog and sides, plus a selection of hand-selected cheeses and Caviar.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Restaurant Manager with bags of personality looking to take up a key role in our newly renovated site with one of the best champagne lists in London.

The Assistant Restaurant Manager will have:
- A warm and bubbly personality with bucket-loads of charisma;
- Prior supervisory experience in an intimate, quality restaurant environment;
- Extensive knowledge of wine or Champagne;
- Passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service and the enthusiasm to encourage the same in others;
- Sights on a long-term career in hospitality;
- Thirst to continually learn and develop themselves.

The successful Assistant Restaurant Manager will receive:
- up to £28,000 per annum
- Sundays always OFF;
