Assistant Restaurant Manager – Bubbledogs Champagne Bar - JKS Restaurants

Bubbledogs are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager for their sophisticated yet casual Champagne Bar.

The Restaurant

Unlike most Champagne bars, at Bubbledogs you can explore exclusive grower Champagnes, sourced directly from magnificent producers who we regularly invite over to pour their champagne semi-incognito during service and engage and educate our guests.

We also join forces with the 2 Michelin Starred Kitchen Table which is tucked away in the back of Bubbledogs, by occasionally sharing rare sparkling gems by-the-glass as well as offering specialty-dogs based on amazing produce such as freshly caught Lobster.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Restaurant Manager with bags of personality looking to take up a key role in our newly renovated site with one of the best champagne lists in London.

The Role

The Assistant Restaurant Manager will have:
- A warm outgoing personality, charm and charisma;
- At least 1 years supervisory experience in an intimate, quality restaurant environment;
- knowledge of wine or Champagne;
- Passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service and the enthusiasm to encourage the same in others;
- Sights on a long-term career in hospitality;
