Assistant Restaurant Manager - Bubbledogs
Bubbledogs is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager with oodles of character and charm, who knows, loves and longs to be a part of our family.
Bubbledogs was opened by husband and wife team, James Knappett and Sandia Chang (both previously at Noma and Per Se), in 2012. Unlike most Champagne bars, at Bubbledogs you can explore exclusive grower Champagnes, sourced directly from the producers, whilst sinking your teeth into a selection of American-style hotdogs with globally inspired toppings.
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be hands-on, proactive and enthusiastic leader, injecting your personality into your work and inspiring the team to deliver a warm, friendly and memorable guest experience. You will continually push commitment to the highest standards of service and operations, and you will be extremely knowledgeable about wines and Champagnes with the ability to effectively impart your wisdom to the team.
Successful candidates will have:
- A warm and bubbly personality with bucket-loads of charisma;
- Prior experience as an assistant restaurant manager in an intimate, quality restaurant environment;
- Keen interest in and extensive knowledge of wine and Champagne (WSET or similar a bonus);
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, train and develop a team;
- Passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service and the enthusiasm to encourage the same in others;
- Sights on a long-term career in hospitality;
- Thirst to continually learn and develop themselves.
