Server duties include:
• Walk guests through the menu to answer any questions and assist with any
necessary accommodations for allergies and dietary restrictions.
• Check back with guests about each dish and beverage and when beverages need
to be refreshed.
• Have proficiency in POS Systems to ring in orders, course, fire, print, and
settle guest checks.
• Maintain consistent and proactive communication with the manager regarding
guest experience to resolve any dissatisfaction.
• Communicate effectively and respectfully with all service team members, both
front and back of the house.
• Always maintain a positive and team-oriented demeanor.
PAY SCALE: Hourly Non-Exempt $16.50 Plus Tips.
