We’re looking for a General Manager for the Bull and Gate in Kentish Town.   Situated on the high street, near the station, this pub crackles with an electric atmosphere.  It is a favourite pre-show haunt for the Kentish Town Forum, big sporting occasions and after a stunning refurbishment also offers great surroundings for those looking for a drink and a bite to eat.

The pub comes complete with an upstairs cocktail bar/ events area that is perfect for private hires, and the food is all about showcasing pub classics alongside uncomplicated sharers.   We’re looking for a people-focused, operationally minded General Manager to take over this multi-faceted favourite and continue to drive the business.

Running a Pub for Young's:

We believe pubs should be differentiated and individual and so we are looking for entrepreneurial General Managers to put their own stamp on our businesses. We're all about freedom within a framework - you decide what goes on the food menu - and that doesn't mean picking from a bank of recipes! You tailor your offer to your guests and grow the business in line with your business vision!  You decide what events and sales driving to do, what the team uniform is, and look after all your own recruitment and marketing.  If you are a people-focused Pub General Manager with fresh food experience, then we want to hear from you.
