What you will do as a crew member:
● Deliver exceptional service to all customers
● Process guest orders and transactions - through kiosks and till points
● Prepare orders ensuring high quality and fast delivery
● Maintaining standards and cleanliness throughout the restaurant
● Be part of a team that give great experiences for all our customers
● Guests interaction at Kiosk Points: (C.A.R.E) Connect, Appreciate, Respect, Everyone
- Greets Guests, with welcoming and genuine greeting to the restaurant
- Displays positive body language, eye contact with a warm and friendly smile
- Listens to Guests giving them their full attention
- Invites Guests to use Kiosk points
- Explains the Guest Journey for Order and Payment to ORB
- How to Modify Orders / Accept Voucher Codes
● Guests at Till Points:
- When 3 or more Guests waiting at Till points, invites Guests to use Kiosk Points
● Order Pick Up:
- Observes the OPU, helps Guests to seats when required Parents with children / Older Generation Guest
- Informs Guests where to find condiments for their order. Fetches Condiments for Guests when required
● Dining Area Guest interaction (C.A.R.E) Connect, Appreciate, Respect, Everyone
- Provides eye contact to Guests, when working on Dining Area, providing a warm and genuine smile
- Helps Guests when needed, looks for ways to add value to their visit
- Table Touches: Interacts with Guests solicits feedback on their visit
- Communicates with MIC on both positive and constructive feedback to improve the shift
● Guest Recovery: (L.A.S.T) Listen, Apologise, Satisfy, Thank
- Follows Guest recovery procedure, shows genuine sympathy, listens and provides a swift Guest resolution
● Dining Area:
- Clears Tables promptly, and Sanitises surfaces
- Tables, Floors and bins are cleaned without disruption to the Guest(s)
- 2 Wet Caution signs are displayed correctly when cleaning floor
- Spills on D/A floor are immediately dealt with to avoid Guest incident
- Condiment bar is stocked and maintained
- Toilet cleanliness is maintained to Guest expectation
- Toilets (Accessible) are stocked correctly hand soap/sanitiser and toilet rolls
- Completes tasks required for Dining area
