What we are looking for from manager applicants:
● Minimum 3 years of restaurant experience in a leadership role
● Strong business acumen with an understanding of P&L and ability to drive sales and profitability
● Able to prioritise and organise own and others’ work and time to meet deadlines and objectives
● Can demonstrate ability to motivate and develop a team and achieve results
● Leads by example with a supportive and inclusive leadership style
● Proven entrepreneurial spirit through having presence 'on the floor' and in the community
