A Day in the Life:

Calling all passionate chefs - we need a dynamic Sous chef to join our kitchen team! In this fast-paced role, you'll lead the brigade when the Head Chef is away. You'll ensure flawless execution of our menus through tight quality and cost control. Smooth operations will be your forte as you inspect ingredients, create rotas, coach team members, and interface with suppliers. Our guests expect exceptional dining experiences, so you'll maintain high standards for food, service, and safety.
