A Day in the Life:

Picture your day at Burger and Lobster starting with thorough preparation and organization of the kitchen for service. You'll ensure ingredients meet our high standards and expertly manage your section. Teamwork is the secret sauce - working closely with fellow chefs to deliver outstanding dining experiences for our guests.

You'll also assist with orders and maintain important safety procedures. At day's end, you'll leave your station spotless for the next shift.
