We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help bring our Butcombe brands to life across every digital touchpoint. This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll work across content, campaigns, eCommerce and digital marketing with real ownership and creativity.

From coordinating shoots and creating engaging content to supporting SEO, websites and customer journeys, you’ll play a key role in driving growth and engagement across our digital channels.

If you’re digitally confident, highly organised, creative, and love turning ideas into real results, this could be a brilliant next step.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Writing engaging, conversion-led copy across websites, landing pages, ads, email and eCommerce platforms
  • Creating and optimising content using CRO principles and performance insight
  • Updating and managing landing pages and content within CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress)
  • Planning, briefing and coordinating photo and video shoots with agencies and creative partners
  • Editing and adapting content for social, email, paid media and eCommerce channels
  • Supporting activity across SEO, paid media (Google Ads, Meta), Shopify and Amazon Seller/Vendor Central

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years’ experience in a digital marketing role with a clear focus on content creation and delivery
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to flex tone across channels and audiences
  • Experience building and optimising landing pages within CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress)
  • Confident using tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics and SEO platforms
  • Experience supporting eCommerce platforms such as Shopify and Amazon
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Curious, proactive and interested in AI, automation and digital innovation
What’s In It For You?

  • Competitive salary of £30,000–£35,000 (depending on experience)
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, your birthday off, and the option to buy extra holiday
  • Flexible working that genuinely supports work/life balance
  • 30% off food, drink and stays across Butcombe Pubs & Inns, plus 20% off beer and merch online
  • Access to the Benefits Bar – cashback, discounts and perks across retail, travel, groceries, days out and more
  • Award-winning workplace – Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025 & 2026, and Publican Awards Best Pub Employer (501+ employees, 2026)
  • Clear learning and development pathways with real opportunities to progress
  • Annual Bar Raiser Ball awards and length of service recognition
  • Wellbeing support including 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme and partnership with The Burnt Chef Project
