D&D London is a group of diverse restaurants, bars and hotels based principally in London, but also with venues in Paris and New York. It was founded by Des Gunewardena and David Loewi (the eponymous D and D) in 2006, following a buyout of Conran Restaurants. Since then the company has become a vital player in London’s famous restaurant scene, owning some of the capital’s most celebrated restaurants, including Quaglino’s, Le Pont de la Tour, Bluebird and Coq d’Argent. Butlers Wharf Chop House is one of D&D London’s original venues, first opened by Conran Restaurants, it is based on the Victorian Chop houses - harking back to a time when meat was king, portions were hearty and provenance was everything. Its three Chop House restaurants, located in landmark sites across London, serve larger sharing cuts cooked on open charcoal grills, in Josper ovens or on spit roasts, alongside daily specials inspired by the best ingredients the British Isles have to offer. Set alongside the river Thames, a large, open bar leads through to the restaurant overlooking Tower Bridge.

We are looking for a talented Demi Chef de Partie who has a passion for Modern British Cuisine to join our team at The Butlers Wharf Chophouse.


At the same time, our Demi Chef de Partie will have the food knowledge and skills to support the team in order to deliver outstanding food, and in turn a superb guest experience.

You will work with the senior kitchen team, leading and supporting on various sections to ensure consistently high standards in both service and kitchen management.
