Butlers Wharf Chop House is one of The Evolv Collection's original venues, first opened by Conran Restaurants, it is based on the Victorian Chop houses - harking back to a time when meat was king, portions were hearty and provenance was everything. Its three Chop House restaurants, located in landmark sites across London, serve larger sharing cuts cooked on open charcoal grills, in Josper ovens or on spit roasts, alongside daily specials inspired by the best ingredients the British Isles have to offer. Set alongside the river Thames, a large, open bar leads through to the restaurant overlooking Tower Bridge.

A bit about what you will be doing: 

We're looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented waiter to join our team at The Butlers Wharf Chophouse . You'll play a vital part in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Waiter, you'll bring warmth and charm to every interaction, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued throughout their visit. The role require multitasking abilities and a willingness to support team members, along with a passion for food, service, and wine. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for aspiring hospitality professionals to gain valuable experience and set the stage for future growth within our business.
