Butlers Wharf Chop House is one of The Evolv Collection's original venues, first opened by Conran Restaurants, it is based on the Victorian Chop houses - harking back to a time when meat was king, portions were hearty and provenance was everything. Its three Chop House restaurants, located in landmark sites across London, serve larger sharing cuts cooked on open charcoal grills, in Josper ovens or on spit roasts, alongside daily specials inspired by the best ingredients the British Isles have to offer. Set alongside the river Thames, a large, open bar leads through to the restaurant overlooking Tower Bridge.

A bit about what you will be doing:

We are looking for a Bartender to join our vibrant team at RESTAURANT! In this guest-facing role, you'll be the friendly face behind the bar, delighting guests with your warmth, charm, and genuine hospitality. Building rapport and fostering relationships will be at the heart of what you do, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued. With your knowledge of classic cocktails and wines, you'll craft delicious drinks and provide recommendations, enhancing the overall guest experience.
