Barcelona has always been a grand collaboration.<br><br> <br><br>Our founders took a tremendous amount of inspiration from the tapas bars and streets of Spain and Portugal and they brought that social aspect of dining back and built restaurants around it.<br><br> <br><br>Barcelona's food philosophy is high quality ingredients prepared in a simple way but with bold, clean flavors and a huge part of this is accomplished through allowing our Chefs creative freedom.<br><br> <br><br>Our wine list is expansive and is fueled by the unique producers and vineyards that we work with. There’s something for everybody on our wine list.<br><br> <br><br>What makes us who we are?
