Food Runner
Description
Food Runners will assist servers in ensuring that food is picked up from the line as soon as it is ready and delivered to guests in timely manner.
Major Responsibilities:
o Clearing certain items from tables when appropriate
o Clean tables after guests leave the establishment
o Understand restaurant layout in order for food to be delivered in the correct manner
o Communicate with all parts of the kitchen so food tickets are executed correctly
Knowledge & Skills:
o Expert communication skills
o Ability to gain and retain a strong knowledge of menu items
o Ability to multitask to ensure food is delivered in adequate time
