Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at the Canonbury Tavern. This high-volume site demands a proactive individual who is ready to step up and manage operations in the absence of the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring optimal performance in the General Manager's absence.
- Manage orders and stock levels efficiently using our systems.
- Utilize knowledge of our payroll system, Selima, and stock management system, Stocklink.
- Assist with maintenance operations through our maintenance system, Pronet.
- Act as the eyes and ears of the General Manager, maintaining standards and ensuring smooth operations.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role within a high-volume environment.
- Proficient in Selima and Stocklink.
- Familiarity with maintenance systems, particularly Pronet.
- Strong leadership skills and a commitment to developing team members.
