As a Server at Caramá, you’ll be the heart of the guest experience — from your warm welcome to your expert recommendations and impeccable table service. You’ll bring a deep understanding of food and wine, attention to detail, and a sense of effortless grace to every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver a polished and professional fine dining experience with warmth, attentiveness, and precision
Guide guests through the menu with expert knowledge of dishes, ingredients, wine pairings, and daily specials
Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations throughout the dining experience
Collaborate closely with support staff, kitchen team, and management to ensure seamless service flow
Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready station at all times
Handle payments accurately and ensure proper closing procedures
Uphold all Wolfgang Puck hospitality standards and service protocols
Minimum 2 years of upscale or fine dining server experience
Strong knowledge of food, wine, and refined service techniques
Genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
High-level communication skills, professionalism, and teamwork
Ability to multitask and remain composed in a high-volume environment
Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
A polished appearance and presence appropriate for a luxury dining environment
