As the “anchor” of the host stand, you will play a key leadership role in greeting and seating guests, managing reservations and flow of service, and guiding the host team to deliver the warm, attentive hospitality that defines the Wolfgang Puck brand.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and engage guests with genuine hospitality, ensuring each arrival sets the tone for their dining experience
Manage the reservation and seating system to optimize flow and guest satisfaction
Lead and train the host team, ensuring consistency in service and communication
Anticipate guest needs, resolve issues promptly, and ensure smooth service transitions
Communicate effectively with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to coordinate table turns and guest pacing
Maintain an organized, polished, and professional presence at the host stand at all times
Qualifications
1 year of experience as a hostess/host in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment is highly preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a gracious, professional demeanor
Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management
Flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
