Caramá by Wolfgang Puck – Las Vegas

Location: The Palazzo at The Venetian Resort
Status: Full-Time | PM Availability Preferred

Caramá by Wolfgang Puck brings modern Italian elegance to the Las Vegas Strip, highlighting handmade pastas, refined desserts, and a warm, contemporary dining experience. We are seeking a passionate, detail-driven Pastry Cook to join our dynamic culinary team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume, fine-dining pastry environment and is eager to refine their craft under the mentorship of an experienced Pastry Chef and award-winning culinary leadership.


What You’ll Do

  • Execute high-quality production of pastries, plated desserts, gelato, doughs, sauces, and other items according to Caramá’s recipes and standards.

  • Assist with all aspects of pastry mise en place, daily prep, and station organization.

  • Prepare components for service with consistent timing, texture, and visual precision.

  • Plate and finish desserts during service with speed, artistry, and attention to detail.

  • Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization in all pastry and prep areas.

  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to Pastry Chef / Sous Chef.

  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and allergen protocols in alignment with health regulations and internal standards.

  • Support team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative kitchen culture.


What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ years of professional pastry experience; fine-dining or upscale hotel experience strongly preferred.

  • Strong foundational pastry skills (baking, doughs, creams, sauces, chocolate work, plating).

  • A passion for desserts, creativity, and continuous learning.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.

  • Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.

  • Punctual, reliable, and professional; must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Culinary/pastry school training is a plus but not required.
