 Vardo Restaurant - Dining with no boundaries from the founders of Caravan Restaurants.

We are looking for Food Runners & Waiters to join our journey! For us to meet you we are hosting an open day on Tuesday 18th May.

Come and join us from 10am till 2pm or from 4pm till 8pm on Tuesday 18th May. We look forward to welcoming you and showing you why we believe Vardo is an amazing place to work and how great it is to be a part of the Caravan Restaurant family. 

At Caravan, we share a love of mighty fine coffee, good food and friendly vibes.  Over the past 10 years, we have built our restaurants and roastery with these values as well as a passion for community, diversity, inclusion and sustainability. 

You’ll be dedicated to delivering our ‘Caravan of Love’ style of customer experience by working with the rest of the team and serving up our famous ‘well-travelled’ food and drink, which is inspired by flavors from our founders’ native New Zealand, as well as their global travels.  

You will be open to learning in order to develop your knowledge and skills and in return we will embrace your individuality and creativity, so that you go into every service with a smile. You’ll take ownership of your role, thrive in a restaurant environment and strive to be the best.

What do we do for our team? On top of the excellent salary, holiday pay and industry leading training we encourage our team to eat from our menu and drink our coffee when you’re working. We also love a party…when we’re able to, we organize get togethers and celebrate as often as we can!!! Cash bonuses for great weeks and introducing friends to our team, as well as 50% discount on coffee for home and when you dine with friends and family!
