Job Title: RPA Specialist/Analyst 

Position Overview: 

As a UI Path RPA Technical Analyst, your main responsibility is to design, develop, and deploy robotic process automation using the UI Path platform to automate business processes. Your duties will include analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for automation, designing automation workflows, coding automation processes using UI Path Studio, debugging and testing, deployment to production environments, and maintenance. 

You will also be responsible for collaborating with other developers and stakeholders to ensure that the automation solutions meet the requirements and expectations. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and mentorship to cross functional teams. 

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of programming concepts and experience with UI Path software, as well as a understanding of business processes and the ability to analyze them for automation opportunities. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment are also essential.

Key Responsibilities: 

● Designing automation processes as per the operational needs of an organization ● Document business process requirements 

● Process Design Document (PDD) 

● Solution Design Document (SDD) 

● Develop RPA solutions using UiPath 

● Monitors post-deployment, and proactively fix bugs 

● Maintains and updates technical documentation 

● Follows and recommend improvements of best practices, methodologies, QA/testing, policies, and procedures 

● Open to learning new automation and technical tools as opportunities arise ● Recommends continual improvements for RPA solutions 

● Reviewing the code/design and provide expertise in development, and integration of systems ● Troubleshoot problems and meet problem resolutions in an effective manner. 

About You: 

Soft Skills: 

Good verbal & written communication skills – articulate the value of AI to business, project managers & other team members. Ability to break a complex problem into smaller problems and create a hypothesis. 

Generic Skills: 

● UiPath development, coding, ability to manage platform 

● Other RPA development skills will be considered 

● Other skills considered such as
