Job Title: Enablement Leader


Position Overview: 

As an Enablement Leader you will support and provide input on Harri’s vision, strategy, and execution of multiple resource planning systems and 3rd party software. You will work with internal customers, external partners and translate business requirements into scalable solutions, define the implementation roadmap and timeline to meet business objectives.

 

This is a chance to be part of several business and digital implementation projects which impact several business divisions and is core to the growth and success of the company.

 

To achieve the objectives, you will work across engineers, business stakeholders, external stakeholders, customer ops and partner closely with business units. We have had significant growth in our company, and we are looking for leaders to help us execute long term bets to help us hyper scale our business.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a local team of Enablement team members in partnership with Director Global Enablement, providing the team with support locally through strong culture and engagement.

  • Provide leadership, strategic direction, and project management to the overall program and individual projects. 

  • Acts as a liaison between RPA & BPM teams along with other enablement functions on roadmap planning, scope management and sprint planning Assist with program management to create awareness of intelligent technology and build a pipeline of candidate processes to be automated.

  • Collects and prioritizes items for the RPA/BPM Team which will develop the bots, specifying business requirements. 

  • Manage Digital projects, and day to day activities. Ensure timely delivery of the project by regular reporting structures and effective client engagement.

  • Create best capacity plan for business by managing trade-offs between Customer Experience/Service

  • Develop, improve and optimize work assignment, prioritization logic to manage work from various regions with multiple constraints.

  • Takes ownership, engages with Ops team and drives improvement/resolution by developing plans, processes, recommending solutions/strategies and ensuring execution.

  • Ensures efficient levels of staffing and occupancy, optimizes the resources to maximize service level, seat utilization while maintaining financial rigor.

  • Develop a Change Management Plan to drive faster adoption and higher utilization of process/system changes.

  • Support the design, development, delivery and management of all engagement activities, including communications.

  • Demonstrate experience in using multiple digital communication channels to engage stakeholders and impacted users across geographies.

  • Drive current state assessment, opportunity identification, business case, business requirements, digital solution design, project/ program management, adoption and change management for the client.

  • Steer critical design thinking and analysis on how enterprises can drive value by reconstructing business models and harnessing the power of next gen technology.

  • Coach and motivate team members to support an atmosphere of growth, trust, diverse perspectives, creativity, and innovation.

  • Lead and nurture teams, identify opportunities for growth, be adept at upwards and downward stakeholder management, develop a positive and effective work environment.

Great interpersonal skills – Lead and articulate the value of analytics to business & other team members. Ability to break a complex problem into smaller problems and create a hypothesis.



Generic Skills:

  • Experience with short to long term business strategy, opportunity identification, current state diagnostics, business cases, roadmap design, digital-led process, functional and/ or enterprise-level transformation, Data analytics and transformation.

  • Demonstrate proven industry and management consulting skills while working collaboratively with business stakeholders and project teams to deliver measurable results.

  • Own end-to-end reporting and MIS delivery for multiple projects. Be responsible for ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of all reports.

  • Proven experience in business application of next-generation technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), RPA, Intelligent Process Automation (IPA), Advanced Analytics

  • Develop a strategy for transforming manual reports and automated them using SQL DB and Power BI solutions. Lead the way in implementing new technologies in operations. 

  • Link process metrics, performance metrics and set up benchmarks for comparable projects and processes


Educational Requirements

  • Any bachelor’s degree.
