Job Title: Enablement Leader (India)
Location: HITEC City, Hyderabad
Position Type: Hybrid (3 Days/Week Onsite)
Position Overview:
As an Enablement Leader at Harri, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation and fostering a culture of innovation within our organization. This leadership position combines the best of technical expertise, project management, and interpersonal skills to lead our dynamic team in India.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: You will lead and mentor a team of professionals in India, including business analysts and integration specialists. Your guidance will be instrumental in nurturing a collaborative and innovative work culture.
Digital Transformation: Your expertise in digital transformation, specifically in automation using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Business Process Automation (BPA), will drive our efforts to optimize business processes and enhance efficiency.
Agile Methodology: Leading the team using Agile methodologies, you will ensure that our projects are executed with precision. Daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives will be integral to your leadership approach.
Solution Architecture: Collaborating closely with global enablement team, business analysts, developers and stakeholder, you will contribute to Solution Architecture for UiPath and Appian systems. Your technical guidance will be essential in designing efficient and scalable solutions.
Project Excellence: You will work closely with project managers to plan and execute projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Monitoring progress, mitigating risks, and resolving issues will be key aspects of your role.
Coaching and Development: As a mentor, you will coach and empower India-based business analysts and integration specialists, facilitating knowledge sharing and skill enhancement.
Reporting and Feasibility Studies: You will provide regular reporting on team activities and progress, including key performance indicators. Additionally, you will conduct feasibility and cost studies to assess the viability of technology projects.

Qualifications:
Experience with short to long term business strategy, opportunity identification, current state diagnostics, business cases, roadmap design, digital-led process, functional and/ or enterprise-level transformation, Data analytics and transformation.
6+ years of experience in leadership and team management.
Proven track record in driving digital transformation initiatives, with experience in automation using RPAs and BPAs.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and previous experience leading Agile development teams.
Expertise in Solution Architecture, specifically with BPA systems.
Excellent project management skills with a focus on delivery and results.
Experience with Workforce Management (WFM) systems and Data Privacy is a plus.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
Proficiency in reporting tools and data analysis for team activity reporting.
Experience conducting feasibility and cost studies for technology projects.
Able to work onsite for three days a week in HITEC City, Hyderabad.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related Certifications, preferred.
