Key Responsibilities
 Deployment & Project Management
 ● Assist in planning, tracking, and executing deployment projects across multiple regions and time zones.
 ● Monitor project timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
 ● Ensure deployments are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.
 ● Coordinate deployment readiness activities, including configuration, data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live planning.  

 Cross-Functional Collaboration
● Coordinate internal resources and ensure timely completion of project tasks.
● Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and stakeholders.

Process & Operational Excellence
● Identify opportunities to improve deployment methodologies, documentation, and operational processes.
● Track deployment KPIs and prepare management dashboards. Leadership
● Mentor and guide Deployment Associates or junior team members.
● Support resource planning and workload management.
● Act on behalf of the Global Deployment Manager when required.   

 Experience and Skills:
● Bachelor's degree
● 5–6 years of experience in SaaS implementation, deployment, professional services, customer success, or project management.
● Experience managing multiple customer implementation projects simultaneously.
● Strong understanding of SaaS implementation methodologies and customer onboarding processes.
● Experience working with global customers across different regions and time zones.
● Excellent stakeholder management and customer communication.
● Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Data-driven mindset with excellent reporting skills.
● High attention to detail and execution excellence.
● Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
● Comfortable working with geographically distributed teams.
● A customer-first mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
● The ability to navigate ambiguity and drive execution.
● A collaborative approach to working across functions and cultures.
● A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences through successful implementations.
