Position Overview:

 As the UK Payroll Implementation Specialist, need to support the successful implementation of payroll solutions for our UK-based clients. This role involves assisting with project activities, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering exceptional service while adhering to UK payroll standards and compliance requirements..

 Key Responsibilities:

 Payroll Implementation:

·       Manage the implementation of payroll systems, including gathering requirements, configuring solutions, and preparing for go-live.

·       Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure project milestones are met on time.

 Client Engagement:

·       Work closely with clients to understand their payroll needs and provide support during setup and onboarding.

·       Participate in client meetings to address questions and clarify project deliverables.

 Data Handling and Migration:

·       Data collection, validation, and migration from their existing systems to the Harri payroll platform

·       Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data throughout the implementation process.

 Testing and Validation:

·       Conduct testing of payroll setups, including parallel runs, to identify discrepancies and resolve issues

·       Support quality assurance activities to ensure accurate payroll processing before system go-live

 Documentation and Reporting:

·       Maintain clear and organized documentation of project activities, including data templates, test results, and process notes.

·       Generate reports to monitor progress and highlight any potential risks to the implementation team.

 Compliance and Updates:

·       Ensure payroll configurations comply with UK legislation, including PAYE, National Insurance, pensions, and statutory deductions.

·       Stay updated on UK payroll regulations and support adjustments to maintain compliance.

 Post-Go-Live Support:

·       Provide first-level support to clients during the initial post-implementation phase to address queries and resolve minor issues

 Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of Payroll Implementation experience with focus on UK payroll domain
  • Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation and statutory requirements
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional attentional detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
