Mobile Automation Team Lead

We are looking for a smart Mobile Automation Team Lead that is eager to be challenged to the most of their potential, someone that thinks out of the box, and feels they should be encouraged to do so.

We are looking for a candidate that believes they should work smarter not harder, is result oriented, meets deadlines, and maintains a quality product throughout.

The Mobile Automation Team Lead focuses on leading a team that implements automated test cases for Harri's Mobile applications, as well as contributing towards the implementation of the mobile automation process.

Day-to-day activities include, but are not only limited to:

• Leading, coaching and mentoring your team members

• Defining and implementing effective mobile infrastructure solutions based on best-in-class standard tools

• Improving processes and increasing mobile test automation coverage, building and releasing pipelines across our mobile apps, taking ownership of the processes and reducing the time spent on manual processes

• Evaluating and integrating advanced automated testing frameworks

• Mobile App automation, both iOS and Android (Appium, NodeJs)

• Test Automation including Framework development, Framework maintenance, Framework Optimization, Automation Strategizing, Automation Planning and Automation Test Execution

• Cloud computing, AWS is a plus

• Create test scenarios from specifications

• Advanced mocking and stubbing techniques

• Advanced programming skills; object oriented design, thread logic

• Advanced monitoring and reporting techniques

• Very familiar with code quality

• Very familiar with continuous deployment

• Very familiar with agile test methodologies; ATDD, BDD, FDD ,TDD

• A Computer Science degree, equivalent qualification or practical experience

• Defect management

• ISTQB Advanced Level Test Analyst
