Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Generative AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge generative AI models and solutions. As a senior team member, you will leverage your deep understanding of machine learning, natural language processing, and generative AI technologies to develop impactful solutions that meet complex business needs. Your expertise will help shape the company's AI strategies, mentor junior engineers, and drive innovation in generative AI applications across various domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Model Development and Optimization

    • Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art generative AI models (e.g., GPT, Stable Diffusion, etc.) tailored to business requirements.

    • Train, fine-tune, and optimize large-scale language models (LLMs) and multimodal models for improved performance and efficiency.

    • Develop innovative architectures and techniques to enhance generative AI capabilities.

  2. Research and Innovation

    • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in generative AI, deep learning, and NLP.

    • Experiment with novel algorithms, tools, and methodologies to create groundbreaking AI solutions.

    • Publish technical findings and research contributions to help maintain the company’s thought leadership in AI.

  3. Project Management and Deployment

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for generative AI applications.

    • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle: from research and prototyping to deployment and maintenance.

    • Implement scalable AI pipelines and integrate generative AI solutions into existing systems or products.

  4. Leadership and Mentorship

    • Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers in the AI/ML team.

    • Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.

    • Review code, ensure best practices, and maintain high-quality AI solutions.

  5. Ethics and Responsible AI

    • Ensure all generative AI solutions comply with ethical guidelines, data privacy, and responsible AI principles.

    • Evaluate potential biases in models and mitigate risks to ensure fairness and inclusivity.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field (PhD preferred).

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning, AI engineering, or similar roles, with a focus on generative AI.

  • Proven experience working with large language models (LLMs), GANs, VAEs, transformers, or similar architectures.

  • Experience deploying AI/ML models into production at scale.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.

  • Expertise in natural language processing, computer vision, or multimodal AI.

  • Proficiency with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools for model deployment.

  • Solid understanding of distributed computing and big data frameworks (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
