Position Description

We’re looking for a visionary Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our Agentic AI platform. This role is ideal for someone with strong product and business instincts who can translate complex AI capabilities into simple, valuable workflows for managers, employees, and enterprise customers.

You’ll be responsible for defining the roadmap of our Agentic AI, driving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring the platform delivers trusted insights, actions, and automation across workforce management and HR use cases.

This position requires a mix of product leadership, customer empathy, and a strong understanding of how conversational/agentic AI systems operate in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap for the Agentic AI platform, defining vision, priorities, and success metrics.

  • Translate customer workflows (e.g., scheduling, compliance, labor insights, communication) into agent-driven prompts, actions, and experiences.

  • Define and refine HITL (Human-in-the-Loop) guardrails, interaction caps, and token efficiency strategies.

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and UX teams to deliver multi-agent orchestration and intuitive UI experiences.

  • Partner with Business and Customer Success teams to align the roadmap with customer needs and drive adoption.

  • Explore and integrate new modules (e.g., HR, Talent Acquisition, Analytics) into the agent’s capabilities.

  • Stay ahead of AI trends and LLM best practices, applying them to enhance reliability, cost efficiency, and usability.

  • Act as the voice of the customer in shaping how the agent responds, acts, and adds measurable value to enterprise workflows.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Product Management or related experience (AI/tech product focus preferred).

  • Strong understanding of LLM-based agents, conversational AI, or workflow automation.

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving roadmap execution.

  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate customer needs into scalable product features.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both for technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Background in workforce management and SaaS platforms.

  • Familiarity with agent orchestration, prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation metrics.

  • Hands-on exposure to AI products (e.g., chatbots, assistants, enterprise agents).

  • Experience with APIs, integrations, and enterprise SaaS delivery models.
