  • Support the fine-tuning, deployment, and integration of Machine/Deep Learning models including large language models (LLMs) and other generative models (e.g., GPT, Mistral).

  • Collaborate with data scientists to prepare and analyze data, and to build scalable data pipelines for both training and inference.

  • Develop and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using embeddings and vector databases.

  • Monitor the performance and health of deployed ML models, ensuring their accuracy and reliability in a production environment.

  • Contribute prompt engineering, schema design, and function calling to guide LLM behavior in production workflows.

  • Work with GenAI development frameworks to orchestrate and serve GenAI-powered features, workflows, and agents.

  • Implement backend APIs and services powered by both classical ML and LLMs.

  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in both classical and generative AI techniques.

  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning within an agile team environment.

  • Assist in evaluating and mitigating bias, hallucination, and other risks in both types of AI systems.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).

  • 3+ years of experience in applied machine learning or software development.

  • Proven experience in the full machine learning lifecycle, including model training, validation, and deployment.

  • Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, embeddings, and vector databases.

  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with core libraries like pandas and NumPy.

  • Experience with ML frameworks such as scikit-learn and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.

  • Familiarity with GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or LiteLLM.

  • Experience building and maintaining production APIs and services.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
