We’re seeking a Video Producer to join our marketing team — a specialist who blends creative vision, narrative clarity, and cutting-edge video production to produce engaging video assets across product and marketing channels.
This role is focused on creating both product storytelling and external-facing content, equally balancing the creation of long-form explanations, short-form social media content, product walkthroughs, and compilations tailored to specific personas.
AI tools are essential here — not as a crutch, but as a force multiplier that speeds production and elevates quality. You’ll still need to have expert editing and motion design craftsmanship to drive engagement, clarity, and conversion.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Solutions, UX, and Product teams and maintain organized media libraries with reusable templates, assets, and brand variants.
Video Production, Editing & Distribution
Produce a range of video content: short-form socials, product explainers, launch films, and persona-specific walkthroughs.
Elevate raw product footage/screen captures into polished, animated content that tells a compelling story.
Ensure each video communicates value clearly, with pacing and visuals optimized for the target audience.
Adapt long-form product videos for sales, web, BDR enablement, and short-form social slices.
Customize variants for audience/vertical relevance and campaign goals.
Production Tools
Operate with expert proficiency in traditional video production tools (such as Adobe Creative suite) to maintain high production quality.
Utilize advanced AI tools (Sora, Google Veo 3.1, HeyGen, Synthesia, Runway, etc.) alongside traditional systems like Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Figma.
Integrate AI-assisted script generation, voiceovers, motion elements, and rough cuts for rapid iteration.
Maintain expertise on emerging tools and recommend process improvements.
Edit and animate UI/UI screens in context — trimming flows, adding callouts, motionizing interactions, and enhancing comprehension.
Partner with PM/UX to ensure accuracy and with PMM for narrative clarity.
Experience
3–5+ years in video production, motion graphics, or multimedia content creation — B2B SaaS or enterprise tech preferred.
Proven portfolio showing mastery of storytelling through video, with examples of both long and short form work.
Technical Skills
Deep familiarity with AI content and video tools (e.g., Sora, Google Veo 3.1, HeyGen, Synthesia, Runway).
Expert video editing with Premiere Pro/After Effects; comfortable working with Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
Strong motion graphics and animation fundamentals.
Capable of building clean workflows that blend AI generation with human refinement.
Core Competencies
Excellent narrative instincts — able to take complex product workflows and tell a clear, impactful story.
Strong design sensibility — attention to pacing, typography, composition, motion, and color.
Fast, reliable execution with attention to detail.
Organized and collaborative, with a portfolio that demonstrates consistency and creativity.
You’ll be the go-to specialist for video storytelling at Harri, shaping how customers and prospects see and understand our product and brand. Your work will power landing pages, sales cycles, launch campaigns, and persona journeys — blending product accuracy with marketing impact.
