• Design, build, and maintain backend services and automation solutions.
• Develop APIs, background services, and data processing workflows.
• Build internal tools using Python, Django, Django REST Framework (DRF), and MySQL.
• Automate operational processes, reporting, approvals, and workflow management.
• Integrate applications with internal and external systems using modern APIs.
• Build solutions that leverage AI technologies and LLM-powered capabilities.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve production systems.
• Take ownership of projects from design and implementation through deployment and ongoing support.

• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• 1+ years of experience with Python and Django / Django REST Framework.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL, including query optimization and database design.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Experience using AI APIs or AI-assisted development tools in production or personal projects.
• Good understanding of web fundamentals (HTTP, authentication, sessions, and basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
• Strong analytical, automation, and problem-solving skills.
