This role has come about as the result of the business growing at a fast pace, which has resulted in Harri needing an experienced Pensions Coordinator to support Business as Usual operations. This position will be temporary and will lead any outstanding and backdating Pensions provision, ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance and governance and high levels of operational performance.
The key responsibilities of this role are:
- Monitor pension scheme deficits and contributions in the UK
- Oversee compliance with automatic enrolment and meeting Pension Regulator
requirements
- Preparation of customers' pension returns
- Manage and complete any outstanding pension contribution files
In order to be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous practical pensions management experience.
- Strong legislative pensions knowledge with extensive expert knowledge of auto-enrolment and all other pension types
- Confidence with multiple pension providers (e.g SMART, Legal and General, Options)
