Who you are: 

The Business Owner for Engage360 will be the driving force behind the strategic direction, market positioning, and commercial success of this flagship employee engagement suite. This high-impact leadership role will oversee both product development and go-to-market execution at a crucial phase of scale and expansion.

Currently, only the Employee Voice module is fully deployed. The successful candidate will be tasked with accelerating the development, launch, and adoption of the full suite—including Goals, Rewards, Communication, Communities, and other innovative engagement tools that foster belonging, motivation, and performance.

Beyond product development, this role will define and execute on a comprehensive growth strategy encompassing:

  • Competitive Intelligence: Own market research and competitive analysis to ensure Engage360 delivers differentiated value. Track emerging trends in employee engagement, identify gaps in competitor offerings, and translate insights into product innovation and positioning.
  • Pricing and Packaging: Develop pricing models and packaging strategies aligned with customer segments, value delivery, and adoption goals. Optimize for ARR growth and expansion within existing accounts while appealing to new markets.
  • Product Marketing and Messaging: Collaborate cross-functionally to craft compelling positioning, messaging, and campaigns that highlight Engage360’s business value. Drive awareness, engagement, and demand generation through thought leadership and sales enablement materials.
  • Gamification Strategy: Infuse game mechanics—such as badges, points, milestones, and leaderboards—across key features to drive participation, recognition, and behavior change in a measurable, meaningful way.
  • Persona Understanding: Deeply understand the needs and pain points of core personas including frontline employees, people managers, HR leaders, and executives. Ensure product design, messaging, and delivery resonate with each audience

Engage360 is Harri's employee engagement suite designed to tackle the critical issue of frontline worker turnover in the hospitality industry. The solution helps businesses foster connected frontline teams by:

  • Measuring employee sentiment through various touchpoints
  • Providing actionable insights into potential turnover risks
  • Enabling employee recognition, communication, and feedback
  • Supporting critical first 90-day employee journeys to reduce early turnover


Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Development

  • Own the comprehensive product strategy for the Engage360 suite
  • Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to define and prioritize the product roadmap
  • Drive the rapid development of remaining Engage360 components (beyond the current Employee Voice feature)
  • Translate market needs and competitive insights into product requirements
  • Balance business objectives with technical feasibility and user experience considerations
  • Ensure the product delivers measurable ROI for hospitality businesses via reduced turnover and increased employee engagement


Commercial Growth & Go-to-Market

  • Set aggressive but achievable sales targets for the Engage360 suite
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on developing a compelling go-to-market strategy
  • Position the product effectively against key competitors (WorkJam, Elate, QSRSoft, Awardco, Onaroll)
  • Develop pricing strategies that reflect value while remaining competitive
  • Create compelling value propositions that resonate with hospitality decision-makers
  • Build business cases to support product investments and customer ROI calculations


Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Product team and commercial stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers to gather feedback and drive product improvements
  • Collaborate across departments (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to align on product messaging and delivery
  • Present product strategy and performance to executive leadership
  • Work with implementation teams to ensure successful customer deployments


Market Intelligence

  • Maintain deep knowledge of industry trends affecting employee engagement in hospitality
  • Monitor competitor offerings and identify opportunities for differentiation
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions
  • Track relevant metrics (turnover rates, engagement scores, etc.) to validate product impact
  • Stay informed on labor regulations and compliance requirements that might impact the product


Experience and Skills:

Technical & Business Acumen

  • 5+ years of product ownership or product management experience, preferably in SaaS or HR technology
  • Proven track record of successfully bringing products to market and driving adoption
  • Strong understanding of product development methodologies
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into product decisions
  • Experience in setting and executing product strategy with commercial outcomes
  • Understanding of workforce management challenges in hospitality or similar industries


Leadership & Communication

  • Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to influence without direct authority
  • Experience leading small teams
  • Presentation skills for pitching to executive audiences and customers
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business benefits
  • Experience in working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success


Industry Knowledge

  • Experience in HR tech, employee engagement platforms, or hospitality technology strongly preferred
  • Understanding of retention challenges and employee experience issues in frontline industries
  • Familiarity with compliance regulations affecting hospitality workforce management
  • Knowledge of competitors in the employee engagement space
